This recipe was a hit at my house. My 1 yr old couldn't get enough of it. I ended up using Chuck Roast because that's all I had and it turned out great. Thanks for the recipe! It's the first time I've ever made barbeque.

This cake is very good and moist. I have made it twice already and everyone loves it. The only thing I don't like about it is the glaze that it suppose to cover the 3 layers and the 3 layers. I had never made a layer cake before so doing 3 layers was a little challenging for me. As far as the glaze goes I found a wedding cake frosting recipe and mixed it with the glaze and it was much easier to work with and everyone loved it.
