Veal Scaloppini with Lemon Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
Excellent dish! I returned the veal to the pan with the sauce after it thickend up then turned the heat down low, covered it and kept it on low for 30 minutes. My husband said he like to have it again within 10 days!

Terri's Veal Marsala

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
This was excellent. After browning the veal, I placed it in a crock pot. I sauteed some mushrooms and doubled the sauce and put it over the veal in the crock pot and cooked it on low for 3 hours - it was so tender. Will definately be making this often!

I misplaced this recipe years ago and forgot about it. I used the ingredients search tool and am very glad it was on this site. Time to add it back in to my collection!

Almond Crusted Pork with Apple-Rosemary Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
This was excellent. Even the grandkids liked it - especially the apples! I forgot to get heavy cream so I mixed milk with flour - it was still good but next time I will use the heavy cream.

By far the best pork I've ever made. I'm making it again as I review it - I wouldn't change (or add) a thing!

Diane's Colcannon

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
This recipe is awesome! I used more bacon and the packaged coleslaw mix as mentioned by other reviewers - made it very easy to prepare. My dinner group of 16 loved it - only wish I had made enough for leftovers!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
Excellent and couldn't be easier. I used creamy Italian dressing because that was what I had on hand. And I used KC Masterpiece Original Bbq sauce. My husband has requested that I make this next weekend for a group of 15! We may shred the chicken and serve on rolls.

Warm and Limey Chicken Salad

This was great. I didn't have any limeade concentrate but will try it next time. I toasted the walnuts and sprinkled everything with fresh cilantro. Will definately make again - and often!

Thai Peanut Chicken

Great taste! Fresh ginger is key to this dish. I added some chicken broth when I realized the sauce wouldn't be enough - even after doubling the sauce ingredients. I served it over brown rice and sprinkled fresh chopped cilantro over the dish - it turned out great!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2006
I grew up on tuna noodle casserole so now I don't eat it! However, my husband loves it so I made it just for him and he loved it. I left out the garlic and cheese because neither of us grew up with those items in our casseroles. I did add some sauteed celery - now I have to make extra for my brother-in-law since my husband loved it so much!

Apricot Chicken I

Great recipe - don't change a thing! I converted the recipe for 20 to serve at our monthly dinner group. There were no leftovers. I served it with a rice pilaf with sauteed pine nuts - it was a big hit.
