Cola Pot Roast I
This was really good. All 4 kids and husband enjoyed it. Made mashed potatoes, green peas, and biscuits to go with it. Yum. I didn't think it would be as good as it was. I pretty much followed the recipe except for the celery, and doubled the amounts of everything to have enough for tomorrows dinner. The gravy was thick enough for us, and my daughter said it was good enough to drink!

Sunshine Toast
I had never tried this before, had heard other people talk about making it though. I was tired of the same old stuff for weekend breakfasts and since it looked kid friendly, decided to try it. My kids and husband loved it. We've made it 2 days in a row. The kids cut out the circles, and brushed the bread with melted butter. I cracked the egg in it as soon as I put it in the pan, used a nonstick pan, so I added no butter to the pan. It fried perfectly. Toast was crisp, and egg was just right. We fried the circles for dipping. My husband put cheese on his, and declared it great.

Chocolate Frosting I
I'm giving this 5 stars because it is sooo easy, and fast. I added a little more cocoa, just my preference, and used chocolate milk, because it needed to be used up. The end result was chocolately, and creamy, more than enough to thickly frost a 9x13 cake. I also did not measure my sugar, but I'm sure it wasn't the called for amount. Kids loved it.
