Sue's Taco Salad
My mom made this when I was growing up and now I make it for my family. I also add some salsa to it and mix together ranch dressing and thousand island dressing. Also, we like red onion better than green onion. It is a consitancy thing.

Nuggets with Dill Sauce
I changed it quite a bit. Instead of water, I put about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in my measuring cup and then filled the rest up with milk. I also added dill, thyme, salt, and pepper to the batter. After I dunked the chicken in the batter, I rolled it in seasoned bread crumbs before placing in hot oil. It was really good, but I needed to add more salt. I'll know next time.

Spanish Flan
I cooked the sugar a little too long, but it did not make a difference in the taste. It was soooo good. The only problem is, I am the only one in my family who likes Flan and I have eaten nearly the entire thing by myself.
