Quick and Easy Brownies
I only used 1 (rounded) cup of flour per the other reviews and baked in an 11 x 7 pan. They turned out perfect. Firm and with a slight "cake" texture, but still soft and gooey. The best!

Coconut Cream Pound Cake
This cake is truly excellent. Be sure to beat the sugar/butter for about 7 minutes to ensure enough air is incorporated. Also, I use dessicated coconut (I buy it online) and it makes a WONDERFUL improvement - none of that "chew chew chew" feeling with the supermarket kind. Has a stronger coconut taste, and lends a firmness that makes this wonderful cake even better!

Oatmeal Dinner Rolls
Not sure what the first reviewer was talking about - yes the dough for these rolls is a little sticky - but easily manageable! AND - they are DELICIOUS. Soft, but with a full texture - I get raves every single time I make them! They make great rolls - absolutely great! Thanks for the recipe.
