Crispy Fried Chicken
I have been making fried chicken for years for my family - and they LOVE mine. But today I tried this one - and this was, bar none, the BEST technique and recipe I've ever had. My family LOVED it. You can adjust it to make it "spicier"if you prefer, or make it simple, as is - either way, it is absolutely great. Be sure to cook on low, with a lid, to ensure it is at it's peak of slow cooked goodness - and then crisp it up. Really great
