Baked Haddock

This was very easy and delicious, however, next time I wil use less breadcrumbs, and no butter, will spray with pam instead to give it a more crunchy coating. Will make again!!

YUMMY!!!!!!!! delicious and so easy to make. Will be making again, frozen is the key though....I used mint chocolate wafer cookies and turned out excellent.

Baked Salmon with Coconut Crust

AMAZING!!!!! absolutely delicious perfect salmon, my boyfriend couldn't get enough, a keeper. Will be making this one again!!! after I coated a sprinkled some more lime juice over.

Eggless Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I added more peanut butter, about 1 cup, the chunky kind, used all brown sugar instead of white and some chocolate chips, very yummy!!! I also acccidentally used cake flour but they turned out fine. Next time I will peanut butter chips... would be delish!!!!

Frosted Corn Flake Cereal Clusters

very yummy and sooo easy, however I used 2.5 cups of regular corn flakes, and turned out great, 1 cup would have been too little, and frosted would have been way too sweet!!

Heavenly White Cake

Unbelievable!!!!! SOOO delicious!!! great cake recipe!!! i too added 2 cups of milk, and only 3 tsp of baking powder, also used margarine , and I disagree with the other reviews on the almond flavoring, its delicious!!!! Very light and airy cake, will defenitely make again!!!! SOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!

Blonde Brownie Nut Squares

Great vanilla brownie, I used crushed almonds, 15 min would be perfect, I left in for 20 and too cake like, 15 min will leave them a bit chewy on the inside, next time :)

not a bad crust, however next time I need to grind my flakes finer, that will make a big difference, but still a great crust, defenitely chill as recommended before use.

Oma's Cottage Cheesecake

NOt bad...next time I'm going to puree the cottage cheese like another reviewer and add use the lemon juice, i doubled th vanilla and no lemon, it was too vanilla, i think the lemon would have gave it the cheesecake tanginess I like. I did not use the milk, and the conistancy was great. Dont recommend using the milk. Next time I will make these changes and it should be perfect. However it did dissapear quite fast!! Nice and light, and with less calories and fat..its a bonus!!

Pizza Muffins

Grandpa's Peanut Butter Fudge

..I used unsweetened peanut butter...next time i will use sweetened to make it more fudge like, although it is very creamy fudge, I will make again :)
