I am a single girl from Halifax, NS, Canada. Have been cooking & baking since I was about 12. My parents always wanted me to start dinner before they got home and I was more than happy to! Always enjoyed it!! I love to bake muffins, scones, cookies and cakes!!! I have a huge sweet tooth. As well as trying new meals, especially mexican or mediterranean. Still trying to get fish downto perfection...thats probably my weakest area. My father makes tuscan soup every Christmas eve....very delicious bread soup with vegtables and chicken. I accidentally put a turkey in the oven upside down...but came to find out this makes the turkey more juicy...it was terrific!!!! Hmmmmmmm...not of the top of my head...but I know I have thrown out batches of cookies for not turning out right.
