Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing
Just made the ganache type icing. It was quite good. Really, really watch the timing when beating the icing mixture after the 1 minute boil. Time too short- a runny mess. Time too long - a thick blob.

Black Magic Cake
For 20 years of marriage I've been trying to find the perfect chocolate cake for my hubson. Friday night I heard the words I've longed for "now that's my idea of a chocolate cake". Thank you Marsha! BTW - I used the fudge ganche recipe on this site for the topping (see present photo). Yum!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
So quick and easy. Both my husband and small son loved it. The leftovers we're great as well. I'll be making this again and again and again . . .
