Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
The recipe was super easy, used everyday ingredients and looked nice when pulled from the oven. My only challenge - it lacked a bit in the flavor department. Because there are so many positives about this recipe, I may try this again adding cayenne, diced green chilis and onion for a kick.
