Apple Sausage Wagon Wheel
This was a great recipe for a change in breakfast! I used frozen turkey sausage links (found in the frozen/breakfast case)chopped and gala apples. I think next time I'll use granny smith apples and try adding cinnamon and the Boca sausage like the other reviews mentioned. All in all it was very good! p.s. my toddler even liked it!

Awesome Carrot Muffins
I also thought these were very salty and bland. I revamped the recipe- 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose flour. 1/4 tsp salt. Egg beaters instead of eggs. 3/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 cup oil (like previous reviewer) and added 1 Tbsp splenda sugar. After these changes everyone in the house liked them much better!

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche
very good! I used a 9x12 baking dish instead and added 2 more eggs. I also used a "mexican" cheese mix and it turned out just fine. Next time I'll try it with milk, since I don't keep cream on hand.
