Oatmeal Cake I

Immensely delicious! Made this for dessert over the holidays and it was a hit. Extremely moist with a unique flavor. A new favorite!

Marinated Tuna Steak

Very tasty, I pan seared mine. I didn't have any lemon juice, so I put a bit more orange juice to sub.

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

The pork chops had a decent flavor. But I honestly, wasn't as impressed with this recipe as I thought I would be. It was really bland.
