I used a london broil and it worked well.I marinated over night to get the best flavor. I only had hot chili sauce so it was a little spicy but everyone really liked it.Don't let the fish sauce scare you.... It is in alot of asian dishes and you don't even know it.

Soba with Toasted Sesame Seed Sauce

I love soba noodles but didn't have any when I decided to make this recipe so I used spaghetti.It worked fine. I didn't add the broccoli (wasn't in the mood).My 7 year old couldn't get enough. Great quick recipe.

Clone of a Cinnabon

This is a great recipe for cinnamon rolls.It's not ewwy and gooey like a cinnabon but that's a good thing. I can't eat the center of a cinnabon. This is one for the recipe box.

Spicy Crispy Beef

I made the sauce first for two reasons. 1. I wasn't sure if the meat would stay crispy while I made the sauce.It stayed crispy but not as crispy when it first comes out of the fryer.2. I wasn't sure I would like it and I didn't.I only put 4 Tbs of sugar in it and it was way to sweet.Instead of throwing the sauce out I played with it a little adding different ingredients until it was edible. Loved the beef didn't care for the sauce

Fish Tacos

This has to be the best recipe for fish tacos I have ever found.I used halibut instead of cod.You could use any white fish you like just adjust the frying time for thickness.Do make the sauce ahead of time to merry the flavors.

Seattle Dutch Babies

This is close to my recipe.I add sugar and vanilla to the batter.For those who have never had one....It's just like eating a really, really thick crepe.You can top it with anything sweet you like.Fresh strawberry syrup and confectioners sugar...YUMMY.It's a staple in Seattle.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Let me first say this...Lemon Butter Chicken...The name say's it all.If you don't like lemon and butter pass on this recipe.I think the sauce is key here having said that make it last. I followed the recipe exactly and by the time the pasta and chicken was done the sauce had seperated and you are left with alot of butter un-incorperated with the cream.It's much easier to keep the chicken warm then the sauce.The longer the sauce sits the more it breaks down.You can add alot of things to the final dish ie. tomatoes,parmesan cheese or what ever you like.

Peanut Butter Balls III

Soda Cracker Cookies

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Really good recipe.The only change I made was using 1/3 C water.I did place under broiler to crispen up a bit. Vanilla ice cream on top at the end a real must.Will make again.

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

This recipe has such great reviews I thought I should try it.I gave it a 3 because it was edible.This tastes just like a can of clam chowder.You can kick it up a bit at the end by adding a splash of sherry and fresh grated parmesan cheese.I should have known...Scratch is always better than a can.

Pollo a la Crema

I changed this recipe just a little.I used 3 chicken breast and used tomato paste instead of ketchup and I used Knorr brand granulated chicken broth(1 1/2 tsp).No flour.I added sauted fresh mushrooms.Really close to authentic.Will make this again. Thanks for the recipe.
