Married with 4 children.Living in Minnesota and learning to like it but Seattle will always be home to me.You just can't get fresh seafood here and once you have had it well frozen won't cut it. Asian food.It seems to be the hardest to get right. I have so many I couldn't fit it all here. I love to cook with Family and Friends.We like to close our eyes and flip through a cook book and when it stops that's what we make. I love a cooking challenge. Duplicating a dish I had at a restaurant.Some day I will post it here. Hmmmmmmm If I have to think that long then it must not have been that bad. I've never really done anything that's worth telling. We have all burned things and under cooked things....yeah that's about it.
