I am getting married in about 5 weeks. I work for the government and push paper all day. I really like to eat more than I like to cook, but I guess that you can't go out to eat everyday. I like to eat kid-friendly food even though I am not a kid anymore. I like to cook things that feel home-y to me--maybe because I am displaced from the rest of my family. Homestyle green beans, roasted chicken, roast beef, rolls, I love it all! My sister and I have taken over Thanksgiving and I always make the pies. She hates the feeling of the raw eggs when making the dressing, so I always have to dig in. When I bake pumpkin pies and everyone loves them! A pasta dish with cream in it to blush the sauce. My fiance thought it looked like vomit.
