Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is the best chocolate chip recipe I've ever had! I've made it several times, with both chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes, but because this recipe makes so many cookies, I always halve it. We especially love this recipe because the cookies aren't too sweet - most of the sweetness comes from the chocolate chips. I've also tried the low-fat trick and replaced 1/2 of the butter with unsweetened applesauce, which works wonderfully, though the cookies aren't quite as soft. Give this a try, you won't be disappointed!
