Macaroni & cheese, BBQ salmon with stuffing done in foil on a Weber. Braised Short ribs & last, but not least liver & onions done over an open camp fire, for 20 people.

My husband is still raving about this recipe. I will definitely make this one again. What a great meal!

Easy Portobello Mushroom Saute
We had this last nite & loved it. I did use shallots, instead of onions. I couldn't find Asiago cheese, but did find a grated Italian cheese mixture that had both cheeses, ( and some others as well), & used it instead. Both of us loved it!

Allison's Cold Crab Dip
This is very easy to prepare. I did add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for more zing. And yes I did make a full batch. Took it to a social hour at the RV park and everyone loved it.
