Spicy Flat Iron Steak Rub
This was an excellent steak rub! I used top sirloin and made a few substitutions because I didn't have all the spices on hand. I used cajun seasoning instead of chipolte & ancho pepper and garlic salt instead of salt/pepper. Yummy!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Excellent cookies!!! I've tried many from this site, and we eat a lot of cookies around here. These are by far the best! I used 1 tbsp of Vanilla and omitted the nuts. They were fabulous!

Butter Beef
Easy and yummy. Kids & husband alike loved this one. Served with White Rice the first time, and egg noodles the second. Thickened the gravy with flour at the end...
