Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
My whole family loved these, I served them with lamb chops with a balsamic reduction (from this site). This made a perfect Easter dinner!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Very tasty, hubby loved it and so did my teen. My younger two weren't that into it. Oh well more for us!

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
It was pretty good, I added some 'lil smokies and my whole family loved it. I also subbed the Parmesan cheese for Butterkase since it was what I had on hand.
