Clone of a Cinnabon
I couldn't believe I hadn't rated this already. I've made them so many times. They are in much demand and are requested in place of birthday presents! I make them for my sister when she visits from USA. Cinnabons are the first thing I have when I visit her. We can't tell the difference.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
I had to add another 1/4 cup of flour, but other than that, these were great! I've got orders from family to make more. For future reference... mini rolos need about 20g of dough and normal rolos need 25g. I sliced the dough and wrapped it around the rolo - had very few that spilled out but they still tasted good. Enjoy. We did and will again. Thanks

Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies
I doubled the amount of Almond Essence (only recommended if you love almond flavour as much as my dad) I also used baking powder instead of bicarb of soda (terminology sometimes confuses me!) so they were a little more "cakey". Everyone loved them, including me, just got to go to the gym 2 more times this week! haha! Small price to pay. (",)
