I skipped the jalapeno peppers and substituted chicken stock for the wine but otherwise left this recipe pretty much as is. The entire family loved it and I will make it again for sure. Easy enough to add in whatever veggies are in the house and a great addition to my side dish rotation. Thanks for posting!

As many others suggested I increased the marinade amount, decreased the olive oil and broiled the last 5 minutes. I also used lite soy sauce which did not decrease the taste -- just the salt! This was absolutely wonderful and our new house favorite preparation for salmon. Thanks for posting!

This stew was wonderful. Very easy to make and very filling -- it's the kind of stew you want on an afternoon when you're happy to be sitting inside and not be outside shoveling!

The only reason this did not receive 5 stars is that we thought the recipe could have used more coconut. Very easy and delicious. Remember to let these cool before trying to remove from your cookie sheet! Yummy, but a previous reviewer was not kidding when they said you can't stop at just one!

I made these this morning with my 8 year old daughter, and when they were ready we could not have been happier. When Daddy and her brother came home from soccer they were a wonderful snack. The directions were easy and we the only thing we altered was putting in half the salt. We'll be making these again and again!

This recipe was quite easy, and got great reviews from the kids. They wanted to eat the leftovers the next day instead of the meal I had prepared for them... what an endorsement!

I made this today while hubby was outside shoveling snow. It got a resounding thumbs up from frozen hubby as well as two thumbs up from my 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter. I had to make a few substitutions due to what was in the house. Luckily I had about 25 frozen meatballs from the last time I cooked and had left-overs. No celery and only a small amound of carrots, so in went a can of corn. We were a little low on spices, so in went an envelope of Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic. I used some spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce, and at the end just added some already cooked noodles to the soup. It was just wonderful, and I'll be making this soup time and time again. These cookies were just marvelous. The only problem that I had was getting them into balls. I ended up dropping them from a spoon into the cinnamon-sugar mixture and rolling them around to coat them. No harm, no foul. These will be entered into the cookie rotation at our house!

With picky eaters I was not sure how this would be rated at our house, but I'm happy to say everyone gave it the thumbs up. I did substitute the more traditional sour cream for the cream cheese, and served my kids the meal before adding the sour cream. Everyone enjoyed it, and I will be making this again and again. I was looking forward to this meal since this was the first time I ever used my crock pot. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. It was tuna noodle cassarole in texture, and my 7 year old picky daughter would not even take a second taste. Hubby did not care for it either, but 5 year old son loved it. Guess it's just a matter of taste.
