Broccoli Rice Casserole
I was worried about this ending up soupy because what I poured in to the casserole dish was very thin, but it ended up with a great consistency. It could have used a little more flavor, next time I will add more salt & pepper.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
Five stars for how easy this is! It's a very good basic chili. I thought it might taste too much like tomato sauce since it calls for 2 1/2 cups, but that was not the case. I made it as is and really liked it. You can adjust the spice, heat, sweetness, etc. based on your preference (and based on what type of chili seasoning and salsa you use). I used Herdez mild salsa and McCormick Chili seasoning.

Pork Chop Potato Casserole
I usually make this just as a side dish without the pork chops. I also add a little bit more cheese because we love it--it's a family favorite!
