Butter Lamb Gravy
This was a hit tonight! I did stray from the original recipe though. Here are my changes: I used chicken instead of lamb; canola oil instead of butter; 3/4 to 1 tsp. turmeric, ground ginger (since i didn't have fresh ginger to grate), and minced garlic; NSA tomato sauce instead of tomato paste; 1% milk instead of the creme fraiche; and completely forgot about the honey! After all those changes the recipe still turned out fantastic! When I have all the ingredients I would love to try this recipe again (especially with lamb!) as I am sure it is even more delicious! As it turned out, though, I will definitely make it again with my changes!
