Never remembering which recipes I used last for a dish "I'll never make any other way"

Doc's Best Beef Jerky
The "standard" with which all recipes can begin from. Excellent basic all time jerky flavor! From here I will experiment with some spicier versions but will back to making for friends and family that like good ole' fashioned "beef jerky". Thanx Doc! BTW, Pounding between plastic wrap was the best thing to do! Have made jerky before but this way it comes out evenly and dries in half the time.

Grilled Zucchini Pizza
Been making something like this for years. Only change is I use fresh sliced tomatoes and a whole basil leaf under the cheese.

Calico Squash Casserole
This is the best! Don't understand why others had problems... I used the mayo. Left out the chestnuts. Wanted to use the cream of chix but had only cream of brocc. which tasted great! Had a 4oz. jar of roasted red peppers and 1 carrott in it. Had fresh sage. Picked 2, 8" summers & 2, 7" zukes. Used a sleeve & a half of "Hi-Ho" crackers. Cooked w/ water maybe 15 minutes and baked in a glass 13x9x2" pan for 35 minutes. PERFECT! Great colors too! This will be my new summer "pot luck" party dish.
