Creamy Coconut Cake

I did not have a straw so I used a fork to poke the holes. I think a straw would definitely work better and let more of the milk mixture soak down into the cake. Otherwise, the cake was delicious!

Eggnog Cheesecake I

I had never made a "real" cheesecake before. This recipe was easy and it tasted great. My father-in-law said that it was better than at a restaurant. I did bake it longer than the recipe recommended because the middle took longer to cook. It turned out perfect!

Chocolate Plum Pudding Cake

Delicious! I made this for a meeting and it was a hit! I will definitely make this again next Christmas.
