Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
Fantastic. I used boneless chicken thighs. Brown sugar like many others had recommended. I also added some apple cider vinegar, a splash of lemon juice and black pepper. No time to marinade so just mixed all the ingedients together and poured over chicken thighs and baked in the oven for 1 hour at 375. It was amazingly delicious and super easy!

House Fried Rice

Absolutely amazing! I used low sodium soy sauce and grated the carrots instead of chopping. Also, make sure you chop up the chicken, shrimp and ham into very small pieces. That way you get a little of everything in each bite! I followed the suggestion of other reviewers and made sure the rice was cold before mixing in the other ingredients. This recipe was really unbelievable! Make it!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
Absolutely delicious! Only two minor changes. I didn't have shallots so used garlic instead. At the end, I added the lamb chops back into the reduction sauce and cooked for a few more minutes on each side. Really amazing!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

The magic celery made this chicken delicious and moist! No more dry chicken! This was so easy too. I took the advice of other reviewers and stuffed the chicken with chopped onions and garlic cloves along with the celery. Perfect! Highly recommended.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
Loved it! I made a few minor changes based on other reviewers recommendations. I baked the yams for 1.5 hours. I also cut the sugar in 1/2 worried that it would be too sweet with the full amount recommended. Chopped the pecans in a food processer so they were a little more finely chopped. I had 10 guests for dinner and this recipe was the hit of the party! I will definitely make this again. Highly recommended!
