Deep Dish Brownies

I followed the recipe exactly and must say they are the best I've ever tasted! They werent' to cake like, but I did take them out a few minutes early as the sides looked done and they were perfect! Thanks so much for this keeper!

Butter Tart Squares

These were great, I added a little salt to the pastry, and added a little rum extract to the raisans and let them soak in 1/2 cup of water for 1/2hour.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

This was fantastic, I was sitting here desperatly needing a piece of cake (7months pregnant!!) but didn't have a mix, so I tried this and it was wonderful. I used Cake and Pastry flour and added 4tbsp more. Best of all it was a huge hit with my 2year old, I won't be buying cake mixes again!! Thankyou!
