Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
I used 3 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1/2 cup of skim milk. Came out rich and creamy, no ice crystals in the final freezing. I also used the 3/4 tsp of peppermint extract instead of the full and its minty enough for us, just the way we like it.
