Nanaimo Bars I
I actually entered the contest back in 1985 to find the "Ultimate Nanaimo Bar" recipe. I didn't win but it was a wonderful experience. I usually reduce the graham wafer crumbs to 1 3/4 cups and use 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds insead of walnuts. For the middle layer I use 1/2 cup unsalted butter and cream insead of milk. A wonderful sweet treat from my home town!!

Chewy Granola Bars
After reading some of the previous reviews (re: the crumbly bars), I decided to add 1 cup of mini marshmallows and melted them down in the butter before I added it to the dry mix. I also reduced the oatmeal and chocolate chips and added cranberries, slivered almonds and coconut. They turned out great and my kids love them. (eating and making them!!)

Breaded Turkey Breasts
This was a simple and quick recipe to make. I would cut back on the bread crumbs and milk though as most of it was left over after dipping and breading. I used Greek seasoning, but you could season with whatever you enjoy.
