American Lasagna
I cook and deliver lunch or dinner to 25 to 60 people every weekday. This was my first try at lasagna, and what a hit it was! Most said they would like more cheese, but the sauce is awesome. I will use it for my spaghetti sauce too. Thank you Rosemary!!!

Bertha's Pecan Cream Pie
I made this pie for Christmas dinners and no one ate it. The filling turned brown after cooking and had no taste. It is the first time I've had to throw away 2 pies.
