Key Lime Pie VII
This is a wonderful recipe. One of the best key lime pies I have ever had, and couldn't be easier to make! I used two cans of sweetened condensed milk and followed the recipe as written.

Apple Pie Bars
Absolutely delicious! I used 4 Granny Smith and 4 Braeburn apples and increased the sugar in the filling to 1 cup. Baked in a cookie sheet cake pan (a little larger than a 9X13 cake pan). This is a wonderful recipe.

Korean BBQ Beef (Pul-Kogi)
This recipe was absolutley delicious....a great combination of flavors. I am going to try the marinade again with beef shortribs, as another reviewer suggested. I did leave the steak in the marinade overnight, which was the only change made to the recipe. A definite 5 star recipe!
