Sunday Gumbo
I made this as our Thanksgiving opening course and it was a huge hit! I grilled the chicken breast and I doubled the brown rice. It was perfect for us. If I could give it six stars I would. Makes a TON.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
this was outstanding! I doubled the brown sugar and butter topping, but not the nuts. A big hit at our Thanksgiving and I am usually the only one who wants sweet potatoes! Thanks for this awesome and easy recipe!

Broccoli Cheese Soup
i only used 2 cans of chicken borth and it was a tad thick. Three cans would have been perfect. This was a huge hit and very easy.
