Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
Made these to contribute to Thanksgiving Dinner for 18. I enjoyed these -- No one else commented one way or the other. I am more of a traditionalist, and will stick to mashed potatoes with butter and milk. Also, no matter how I've made mashed potatoes for a crowd, they are always "Make-Ahead" -- either the day before or the morning of. This dish was flavorful, but not worth the additional cost or calories.

Blue Cranberry Sauce
Enjoyed this. Made this last year, and will do so again this year. Makes plenty, to share as gifts with your neighbors too!

Pumpkin Bread IV
My son and father (both pumpkin lovers) said this bread was very good. I am not a pumpkin "lover". I will comment that it was full of pumpkin flavor -- just a bit too sweet for my liking. Perhaps the addition of walnuts would counter the sweetness. Will make again, if requested.
