Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I've made this several times, so I thought I'd write a review. Easy to make, simple ingredients, and the first time I made it was for breakfast (for just 2 of us), and 1/2 the loaf was gone by noon. I did smash instead of slice the bananas because that just didn't seem right to me. Yum.
