French Onion Soup V
This was a great recipe. Changes I made: 1. Instead of water I used chicken stock (I read in a gormet cookbook that using both chicken stock and beef stock was the best. 2. I used cooking sherry instead of traditional white wine. 3. I carmelized the onions. Great recipe!

Berry Tiramisu Cake
This was very good. I used strawberries and blueberries. I orginally got light cream to make my whipped cream, but heavy cream worked a lot better. I didn't have time to let the sauce really cool before I put it on the cake, but it didn't seem to make a difference. My family loved this.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Very Good Dish. I used 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of cerely. I used onion, 4 cloves garlic, salt, pepper, carrots, and parcley but for my taste it still needed something. I will add more spices next time. My dumpling took 1 hour and 45 min to cook through. Will make again.
