I am an educator specializing in, "How to Learn." I am a self taught artist, cook, designer. I tutor numerous students of all age levels on how the mind acquires knowledge. Learning is easy once you learn how to access the brain and process. I love to try new things. No particular favorites, cooking in general. Love working with yeast, but like any good cook, eating too much can be a problem. Turkey and noodles is a family favorite. Homemade doughnuts are great and made from my family recipe generation after generation. Too many favorites to name. Fondant topped almond pound cake that I sampled at a wedding. Every recipe is an adventure and very few disappointments. It took me years to master baking with yeast.
