I did my own creativity by putting in some chopped onion, water chestnuts and some salt and pepper....I thought the recipe was a good base to start with and then take it to the next level.

I liked this recipe, it was a nice basic & then I added my own touches for my taste. I did not put all the sugar in, I put it in little by little till it was too my palates liking. Be creative with this basic recipe & have fun.

Very good recipe, mailed them to a friend, even though the post office lost them for an extra 5 days(2 day express mail)..she said they tasted good....pkg damaged & cookies crushed...LOL...just had to put the humor into the rating.

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

This is a keeper. I made it for a potluck & everyone looked at it skeptical till they tasted it, & we all know the rest of the story. Now everyone asks for it to be made all the time. I was shocked to the person who thought it was horrid, I guess some of us are just not open to new tastes.

Macaroni And Cheese I

I really liked this I did add a 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper which gave it just a bite...I did not have enough cheddar for the top so mixed with parmessan cheese(fresh not out of the can) really gave it a crunch...I will be making this again.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Tomato

It was a easy recipe and will be able to add things into it. My only thing different I will do is to put it in a smaller pan and cut the time down a bit...it became a little dry.

I really like this quick and fast to make...very feeling. This is the second time I made it, so I was experimental: onions, mushrooms and chicken broth...really yummy.
