Fried catfish which the men in the family have caught. Fruit salad in huge bowls at holidays.
My cooking triumphs
Barracuda poached in wine was divine. Chocolate chip oatmeal cake was delicious. Any Christmas menu taken from several current magazines and All Recipes, of course.
My cooking tragedies
Sweetened tea with salt. Skillet hash, had to throw it out.
