Fish Tacos
the only fish I could make my husband eat is real fish sticks from costco and tuna salad sandwich.... until we tried this recipe. This is delicious!!! The sauce is absolutely yummy! My husband ate so much and requested more that we ended up eating fish tacos for 3 consecutive nights, and he's been raving about it so much since then. The only reason why we didn't have it for the whole week was because we ran out of fish! Thanks for sharing this great, great recipe...will definitely be a staple at our house. We did use tilapia fillets instead of cod. But the kind of fish I think is forgiving. Whatever fish you prefer will do.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Love this recipe. My husband said it is awesome and the best cookies I've ever made. I also used the same recipe to make soft white chocolate macadamia cookies. For this recipe though, I had to add 1tsp of almond extract and exchanged the semi-sweet choco chips with white and used macadamia nuts instead of walnuts and pecans. Yum! Yum!

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef
Tried this recipe last night. It's very good. The only thing, I would probably lessen the soy sauce a bit next time. It's a little too salty for my taste...or maybe it's just the kind of soy sauce i used. I recommend trying the recipe as is for the first time and go from there. I added a carrot, sliced in thin strips for added color.
