Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Love this recipe. My husband said it is awesome and the best cookies I've ever made. I also used the same recipe to make soft white chocolate macadamia cookies. For this recipe though, I had to add 1tsp of almond extract and exchanged the semi-sweet choco chips with white and used macadamia nuts instead of walnuts and pecans. Yum! Yum!

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef
Tried this recipe last night. It's very good. The only thing, I would probably lessen the soy sauce a bit next time. It's a little too salty for my taste...or maybe it's just the kind of soy sauce i used. I recommend trying the recipe as is for the first time and go from there. I added a carrot, sliced in thin strips for added color.

Breakfast Sausage
I won't need to purchase breakfast sausage again. This is very easy to do and you know exactly what's in the sausage. The flavor is really good. I may experiment on other flavors. Thanks for sharing.
