Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Made as is, except used milk-chocolate chips. They did not sink to the bottom, they stayed evenly throughout the cheesecake. It tasted like a chocolate chip cookie with the hint of cheescake.. YUMMY, I will make this again.

Easy and Yummy. My kids loved this and requested ti have it again, while they were still eating it. I double the olives and the cheese. YUM

Hazelnut-Mushroom Pilaf

Starlit Summer Smoothie

the smoothie was okay. it had WAY to much vanilla though. So it was more like a vanilla sugar smoothie with a hint of grape. If I ever made this smoothie again, I would change some ingredients. Instead of doing peach yogurt i used strawberry, because that is all we had!

Autumn Pear and Pumpkin Soup

I was afraid of this being too thin so I added on 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2 and My store was out of Pear Nectar so I used 4oz pear juice and 2 containers pear babyfood. And it did not turn out too sweet. No one in my family liked it except me and I only thi=ought it was ok. I added cayenne pepper to the first bowl I had and it was still ok. My second bowl I added a cinnamon/sugar mixture and it was much better.

Mommy's Sweet Carrot Milk

Very Good but Very Sweet. Instead of cardamom I used a mixture of ginger and cinnamon. I also cut the recipe in half.

Roasted Grapes and Carrots

not very good at all. They taste a little like condensed milk. It doesn't seem like enough coconut milk but it is, just keep on stirring. Will not make again.
