I love cooking and especially eating. Trying new dishes and creating recipes is one of my favorite past times. I am a Certified Personal Chef and teach private cooking classes and provide personal chef services in the Long Island area.

Pizza Rustica from scratch. Starting a personal chef business in 2004 which allows me to cook and teach people who love food just as much as me!
My cooking tragedies
Using millet instead of quinoa in a salad dish. It was a pile of mush not even fit for a bird!
