Simple 'N' Delicious Chocolate Cake

Brilliant recipe. Thanks so much. I added another tablespoon or 2 of cocoa because the coffee I added was so strong and I didn't want the chocolate flavor to be overpowered.

Easy Sugar Cookies

This is an almost perfect recipe. To make it absolutely perfect, sprinkle sea salt on the raw cookies before baking. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Slow Cooker Baked Beans

Delicious, easy, and easy to tweak. It also stays delicious for days after you make it. I added some molasses and made it in the slow cooker.

Pizza Dough I

Excellent for what it is. It takes no time to make. I like a soft crust, so I was careful not to bake it too long. Some of it was a little underdone, but that was my fault.

There is no reason for me to learn how to make any other tomato pizza sauce, because this one's perfect. I threw a few anchovy filets in the food processor rather than buying anchovy paste, which isn't as good anyway.

Cream of Cauliflower and Stilton Soup

This is absolutely delicious. The size of the cauliflower head in proportion to the amount of Stilton is important, as it's easy for the cheese flavor to be overpowered (which you really don't want to happen with an ingredient that expensive). Some recipes for this use heavy cream, which of course, is always good. I ate this with fresh homemade bread;a perfect meal.
