Creamiest Rice Pudding
This is the best rice pudding I've ever had! It wasn't really that time consuming. You just put it together and come back an hour later and finish it. Simple. I add cardamom and nutmeg to mine.

Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies
Tasty, but had to remove a star as it was wayyyyyyyy too sweet. Cut sugar in half for sure! I'll probably try these again with that adjustment. I used Morello Cherry Fruit Spread and it was delightful.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
Off the charts! Never could tell there were garbonzo beans in it! It was dense and fudgey and delicious with a scoop of coconut gelato and some fresh strawberries. Will definitely make again!
