Wonderful angel food cake recipe! I made this for my daughter's 15th birthday, she loves angel food cake. She wanted a "funfetti" cake, so I added in about a half of cup or so of sprinkles and it was so adorable!

Basic Microwave Risotto

I love risotto, but don't always have the time to prepare it the authentic way...I was a little sceptical using the microwave because I am not a fan of preparing food in it, but let me tell you, I was seriously impressed! I turned out wonderful! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Classic Waffles

Just got a new waffle iron and I couldn't wait to try it out...this will now be my "go to" waffle recipe. I did use 1 cup whole wheat flour, and 1 cup all-purpose. They were so light and fluffy...perfect!

Salmon Rosemary Burgers

Honestly this might be my favorite recipe from this site yet! I LOVE, Love, love, Salmon! I threw everything into the food processor to mince it up and used my hamburger press, and they came out perfect! No problem at all with them falling apart when I grilled them. Served them on kaiser rolls with fresh sliced tomato, red onion, and romaine! Made homemade sweet potato fries from this site for a side! TO DIE FOR!

Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes

Fantastic recipe! I added a couple of cloves of fresh roasted garlic, but add garlic to almost everything. I also added in a couple of dashes of white pepper!

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

I really impressed everyone with this recipe. I added in some sauteed ground garlic chicken sausage and doubled the sauce! Placed the rolls standing up and it was a really nice presentation!

Sweet And Sour Chicken Meatballs

I can't say enough good things about this recipe...I can't wait to make them again! I added a dash or two of chinese five spice and baked the meatballs in the oven while I prepared the sauce and then tossed it all together and served it over jasmine rice! FANTASTIC!

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Chicken Lo Mein

Soooo good, to me it was better then take out! I added in some sliced water chestnuts and fresh bean sprouts! I used authentic chinese lo mein noodles too! Nice way to feel like your eating take out, but get to have the fun making it at home.

Linguini with White Clam Sauce

This is one of my favorite recipes, it's so easy to make and tastes wonderful! I add a couple of dashes of white pepper and a few sprinkles of crushed red pepper flakes...and it's even better the next day!

Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf

I love ordering bacon mushroom swiss burgers when we go out to eat, but man they are soooo bad for you. With this recipe, I used very lean ground beef, Heidi Ann baby swiss cheese, and turkey bacon...now I can enjoy a healthy version of one my favorite guilty pleasures.

Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine

Fast and Easy Spinach with Shallots

Wonerful way to prepare baby spinach! I added in some fresh minced garlic and even the kids thought it was great! I ended up using two whole bags of baby spinch till all was said and done.

Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

I'd give this recipe 10 stars if I could...outstanding! I followed the recipe to a tee, only adding some pure vanilla to the batter and glaze. The lemon and fresh blueberries really compliment each other. I had trouble finding lemon flavored vogurt...but I lucked out and found a lemon chiffon! So simple to make, but extremely impressive!

Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage and Sweet Peppers

This is a really good base recipe...I added some garlic, white pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and I thickened my sauce a little with cornstarch. Also topped with some fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese...my husband loved it, simple yet tasty!
