Garlic Jelly
A good and easy recipe. however, I think the distilled vinegar made it a bit too sharp. I am going to play with the ingrediences a bid...use a different vinegar and try roasted garlic as well.

Hot Pepper Jelly
I think I will strain out the peppers before putting in the jars. The peppers got small and whimpy after cooking anyways and they all floated to the top. Overall, the jelly was not very hot. I am gonna play with the recipe a bit.

Pumpkin Butter
Yummy recipe! Easy to make, but requires a little canning know-how. Mixture is thick so cooking is very splattery. I recommend stirring nearly constantly. Also, I found it very helpful to stir and mix with a wire whisk instead of a spoon.
