Chocolate Mint Cookies I
I also added the peppermint extract to the cookie dough like someone else suggested. Before I baked them I rolled the cookie dough in granulated sugar to give them a more dressed up look. Before they just tasted great - once rolled in sugar they became cookie swap worthy.

Lemon Lush Pie
This pie never set for me. One thing that could be clearer(for the novice)is a clearer description of just how thick it needs to be. I thought I let it get pretty thick but again, it just didn't work out for me. I probably won't try it again.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
I have made these for just about every party I have given at my house. Usually, when they hear that bread crumbs are not included, they are a litte aprehensive until they try them, that is. I never have any leftovers even when I double the recipe. They are usually the first thing gone. Thanks for the recipe!
