I guess I would have to say Mexican recipes. My husband is from Mexico and I try to learn what I can. Never had any growing up. I'm trying to make some for my children by learning as much as possible. I finally learned how to make Frijoles de la Olla and Chiles Rellenos! Can't make hard boil eggs or meatloaf to save my life!
