Apple Crisp IV
Tasted great! Will cook longer next time -- apples were still crunchy after suggested time. I was reluctant to use 3 sticks of butter (it just seems like alot of unneeded calories and fat in an otherwise somewhat healthy dessert), but followed the recipe. The crumble part was delicious! As a special treat, this was great.

Chocolate Billionaires
Very good, very easy. I did not use pecans and used the chocolate disks for candy making instead of chocolate chips and shortening. I found that the caramel/rice krispy mixture spread out on the pan, so, when cooled, I molded each puddle into a semi-round shape and then dipped. The chocolate was not at all too hot to touch as I had feared it may be.

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts
Was great for dinner, but even better cold the next day (on a salad).
