Microwave Peanut Brittle
I come back to this recipe and come back to it every Christmas! I make at least 5 batches every year. I always double the recipe and use my Pampered Chef large batter bowl. I have a powerful microwave so I use the cook times as written in the recipe. I pour the brittle onto a 1/2 size sheet pan and use an offset spatula to spread it. This mixture gets VERY hot so be sure to have your oven mitts ready.

Four Egg Yellow Cake
With mostly positive reviews I thought I'd give it a try. I didn't understand the "corn bread" reference in several reviews. NOW I do. I am a intermediate baker and assumed "mine would be fine." The cake is VERY moist, but the odd flavor makes it a NO for us.

Chicken Bouillon Rice
This is a good base for flavor, but as it stands it's pretty bland. I sauteed 1/2 onion is 2T butter added 2 minced garlic cloves and then tossed in the rice. After it was clear I added the water and bouillon and cooked as directed.
