London Broil II
This recipe is awesome! I grew up on tough, leathery, tasteless london broil so I do not like it. This marinade makes this inexpensive cut of beef taste fabulous! We had it twice in one week! No leftovers either time!

Sweet Polish Sausage
This sounds weird but it is delish! The only way I knew how to cook keilbasa was with potato and sourkraut. This is way better served over mashed potatoes! Yum!

Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables
This was fantastic! I followed other's suggestion to roast the veggies first. I waited until I added the roasted veggies to the chicken to add the mushrooms and the apples. Poured the glaze over all of it and put it back in the oven. OMG! I wold serve this to guests anyday!
