Fluffy Biscuits
Yummo! I am never buying frozen biscuits again! I used one stick of softened butter instead of shortening and they were the best biscuits I have ever had. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie III
Love this recipe! Here is what I do: use the pillsbury crusts in the long red box in your grocery store fridge section (with the biscuits), I use the whole can of cream of celery and the whole can of cream of potato. Everything else I do the same. I just made this for the FIFTH time! This time I was lazy and used canned chicken and it was awesome!

Shrimp Scampi III
Wow! This was my first time cooking with wine and I thought I had ruined the dish after I put the wine in. The smell was just not pleasant. So, I took a shrimp to try it before I served it and WOW OH WOW! It was delicious! Thank you for such a wonderful recipe! The entire meal was devoured!! This is a keeper!!
