Chicken Biscuit Pie
This was delicious. I added fresh green beans and mushrooms. I did use store bought biscuits as I had a lot of them.

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce
I thought this was perfect. I did use chicken broth like others said. And I put in less chili powder because I don't like it too hot. EASY and delicious!

Beef Pot Roast
This was fantastic! I have never been able to make pot roast without a crockpot. otherwise it is dry, overcooked etc. I added a little bit of red wine to the onions and mushrooms and abotu a Tbs of brown gravy mix to thicken(after cooking). I also added some mushrooms with the onions. I will definitely make again.
