Pecan Pie Bars I
These are wonderful and turn out perfect every time. Anyone who comes within a foot of these bars demands the recipe. I do substitute turbinado sugar (demerara sugar or raw sugar) which adds a bit of cane flavor and is a little sweeter than white sugar. I use a bit less than what is called for but not much. It adds an extra hint of richness to the pecan flavor. Thank you for sharing!

Clone of a Cinnabon
These came out wonderfully though I could easily have used half the dough. The rolls were so big and squished together they had trouble cooking in the very middle of the pan in the alotted time. However, they did disappear quickly! A nice treat for any holiday or special occasion.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
This was my first attempt to ever make lemon meringue pie, and it turned out perfect, which really surprised me. I like that all of the ingredients are usually right here in my kitchen, so I can whip this up at the last minute, like when we have a craving for something lemony. It takes a bit of concentration to get the filling done, but even with my 3 year old assisting me we did fine. The result was absolutely delicious! Thank you!
